The Most Exclusive Memberships in Napa Valley: The Reserve, Meadowood, Club Solage and Mayacama

Napa Valley is a premier destination for both wine enthusiasts and luxury seekers. It’s no surprise that it’s home to some of the world’s most exclusive memberships, with its picturesque landscapes and world-renowned wineries. In this blog post, we’ll look at four of Napa Valley’s most sought-after memberships: The Napa Valley Reserve, Meadowood Napa Valley, Club Solage, and Mayacama Golf Club.

The Napa Valley Reserve is a private, non-equity, by-invitation-only wine club that provides its members with exclusive access to some of the region’s most sought-after wines. Currently, the Reserve has more than 600 members, two-thirds of whom live outside the state and come from around the world to enjoy special wine events and gourmet dinners. The Reserve Napa Valley, with a focus on small-lot, limited-production wines, provides its members with the opportunity to taste and purchase wines that are not available to the general public. Membership also grants access to the private Napa Valley Reserve tasting room and invitations to exclusive winery events.

Meadowood Napa Valley is a 250-acre wine-country luxury resort and club that provides world-class amenities and services to its members. Access to the resort’s private golf course, tennis courts, fitness center, and swimming pools is included, as is access to the Meadowood all-suite Spa. Members receive food and lodging discounts and can also participate in exclusive culinary events and wine tastings, as well as use the resort’s concierge services to plan their stay in Napa Valley.

Club Solage is a luxury resort and spa that provides access to world-class amenities and services to its members and, in 2021, underwent a multi-million dollar renovation. Membership includes access to the resort’s private geothermal pools, pool cabanas, yoga and movement center, and the Solage Spa. Members receive food and lodging discounts and can also participate in exclusive culinary events and wine tastings, as well as use the resort’s concierge services to plan their stay in Napa Valley.

Mayacama Golf Club is a Mediterranean resort-style private golf, social, and residential community. Its members have access to a world-class golf course as well as other exclusive activities and services. Membership includes access to the Mayacama Clubhouse, as well as the club’s private golf course, tennis courts, and swimming pools. Members can also attend exclusive, one-of-a-kind vintner programs, and intimate concerts, and use concierge services to plan their stay in Napa Valley.

The cost of joining each of these exclusive Napa Valley memberships varies depending on the club and the level of membership but can reach $250K initially followed by monthly maintenance fees. It’s widely assumed that memberships in these clubs are both expensive and exclusive.

So as one could easily surmise, Napa Valley is home to some of the world’s most exclusive memberships, providing access to world-class amenities and services, as well as exclusive opportunities to taste and purchase some of the region’s most sought-after wines. Consider joining one of these exclusive clubs if you’re looking for a luxury experience in Napa Valley but more importantly and immediate access to an exclusive side of Wine Country.
