After a successful career in the Med-Tech and Med-Services sectors where he led numerous teams to record results, including the 2nd highest sale price achieved for a Med-Services firm that year.

While living in San Francisco he purchased his first property in Napa Valley in 2011. From that moment on the Wine Country held a special place for him and he knew more of his time would be spent here. After purchasing and redeveloping numerous single-family luxury homes he started Mayastoga, an extremely successful luxury vacation rental company and Wine Country concierge business that today is known as the Go-To source for luxury vacation residences in Napa Valley.

Arthur lives in the Calistoga area in Northern California’s idyllic Wine Country. With a clientele seeking to acquire or sell luxury residences, vineyard properties, and wineries, he is especially focused on Napa’s ‘Up-Valley’ areas and northern Sonoma County.

A native Texan, the Wine Country’s open spaces, grand oaks, and expansive vistas were what initially drew him to the area. However, the warmth and welcoming nature of its’ diverse residents are what appeals most to him.
